Service Description
This is a mixed ability Pilates class. Perfect for Beginners & those who have practiced Pilates before. We work on building up strength, endurance and flexibility in a low impact and supportive way. Classes have a focus on increasing core strength, balance and mobility using a mixture of classic and more modern Pilates exercises. Start your Pilates journey today, you won't regret it. This 1 hour class will be held on Monday Mornings at 9.30am at the cosy & plush Speyside Centre. Having a space like this to come to definitely makes it easier to get up in the morning and then you can have a coffee after too!
