Confession time: I'm a Pilates teacher... and I still struggle to get my own practice in.
That changed when I started hopping on Zoom a few mornings a week with a friend—just casual, low-key movement together. Pajamas on, half-asleep, laughing mid-roll-up... but you know what? It worked.
It wasn’t about willpower.
It was about showing up together.
So now I’m turning that into something more:
A cozy, no-pressure way to start your day:
Live on Zoom – 3x a week at 6:45am on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Pajamas welcome – cameras optional
